Our POOL
(Courtesy of Aaron Davis) OUR POOL is open and heated with lifeguards in attendance from May through September each year. There is a large wading pool for our little ones and beginning swimmers to get comfortable with the water. A nice relaxing dip in the pool and the deck with its relaxing chairs are a great way to unwind after work or to enjoy the warm summer days with your family and friends. The area boasts an expansive deck area with comfortable chairs, lounges, tables with umbrellas and clean rest rooms. There is also a ping pong table and bike racks inside the facility fence, and charcoal barbecues in the lawn area.Pool Renovation
The Board hired commercial pool architectural firm, Aquatic Design Group, to complete a Needs Assessment Study to produce a report of Code Violations and suggested improvements and enhancements for the pool & facility.
The findings of the study is available at Needs Assessment Report.
The results of the second Pool Survey are now available in the March Board Meeting minutes posted on the Private Documents page. A preliminary survey is posted at Pool Survey Results (Q110). These surveys will help the Board finalize plans for Phase 2.
For Phase 1, the Board has awarded the contract to Burkett's Pool Plastering. Pending approval of the renovation plans from City and County regulatory agencies, the construction is planned to occur after the pool closes in October.
Phase 1 includes:
1. Main Pool Replastering
2. Wader Pool Replastering
3. Two 6' sets of walk out Stairs on the "Diving area" side of the pool
4. Handicap Lift
5. Chemical Controller (Feed mechanism)
6. Installation of complete set of Depth Safety Markers
7. Solar Panel installation to heat Wader Pool

If you see someone breaking the rules, or acting improperly please take a minute and point it out to the Lifeguards. Failure to abide by pool area rules will result in the member(s) being asked to leave the pool area and/or possible loss of pool use privileges. The decision of the lifeguard and/or pool manager will be final. NEED A KEY? If you just moved here, or find yourself without a pool key, please contact the Property Manager.
